Refund policy

1. Returns

All sales are final. We do not offer returns or refunds.

2. Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date under the following conditions:

  • The customer must request the exchange online before returning the item.
  • The original order number is required.
  • Item(s) must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • All original tags must be attached.
  • Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of purchase.
  • No refunds will be issued.
  • Exchanges must be of equal or greater value.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@racingmiami.net with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the case and provide further instructions.

4. Billing & Duplicate Charges

If you notice what appears to be a duplicate charge, please contact us so we can review the situation.

In some cases, banks may show a temporary authorization that appears as a second charge. If the transaction is still pending, please allow it to fully process, as pending charges often disappear within 24–72 hours.

If the charge has fully posted and still appears duplicated, please contact us at support@racingmiami.net and provide:

  • A screenshot of the charges as shown on your bank statement
  • The first 6 and last 4 digits of the card used

Our team will review the case and escalate it to our Payments Team if necessary. We are committed to resolving any billing concerns as quickly as possible.
